Guitarooze Limited, In-house Music Lesson, Terms and Conditions
LESSON SERVICES
This Student Enrolment Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for your future purchases of instructional services from Guitarooze Limited.
TUITION
Each student will be assigned a dedicated music Instructor for in-house one to one lessons. Each student will receive work sheets either printed or by email for home practice. Guitarooze Limited recommends a minimum of thirty (30) minutes practice each day.
DURATION
All music lessons will be forty five (45) minutes from your allocated time slot. Lessons will start on the hour and end 45 minutes thereafter. (i.e 10:00 - 10:45). Failure to arrive on time will only impact the start time and all lessons will end at the allocated time. (i.e 10:13 - 10:45)
TUITION FEES
All music lessons are £25.00 each
Tuition fees are due at the end of each lesson, either by cash or card at the sales counter. If you are unable to pay on the day please advise a member of staff prior to your lesson start time. Failure to notify us prior to your lesson starting may result in forfeiting your allocated slot permanently. (See Forfeiting)
We may increase monthly fees in future months upon 30 days’ written notice
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY.
To cancel or reschedule a lesson at no cost, you must provide at least 24 hours prior notice. We will reschedule your lesson, subject to Instructor availability. If you do not show up for a lesson or if you do not provide adequate notice, you will be charged for the missed lesson.
To cancel your enrolment, and to terminate your lessons, you must provide written notice to store management, which may be provided by email (at the designated email address),
Termination is effective on the date of notice. In the case of enrolment cancellation, all lesson tuition fees paid are non-refundable and any unpaid fees are immediately due.
All unused lessons for cancelled enrolment accounts will expire and be forfeited thirty (30) days from the date of notice of cancellation. There will be no refunds or cash redemption available for expired unused lessons for cancelled enrolment accounts.
STUDENT HOLIDAYS
A minimum of one (1) week’s notice will be required by students, In the event of being unavailable due to Holidays. You will be charged for the missed lesson if you fail to notify us.
STAFF HOLIDAYS
A minimum of Thirty days notice will be given by Guitarooze Limited to students, In the event of your Instructor being unavailable due to Holidays.
STUDENT SICKNESS
To cancel or reschedule a lesson due to sickness, you must provide as much notice as physically possible. We will reschedule your lesson, subject to Instructor availability. If two (2) consecutive lessons are missed due to illness Guitarooze Limited will cancel your allocated slot and it will be released. A new slot will be allocated on your return or when one becomes available. If you do not return you will forfeit your enrolment (See Forfeiting)
STAFF SICKNESS
Where possible, Guitarooze Limited will notify students in good time In the event of your Instructor being unavailable due to Sickness.
FORFEITING
Guitarooze Limited may, at its Discretion, cancel your enrolment if you (a) do not make timely payments; (b) you fail to show up without notice for 2 consecutive lessons; (c) your conduct is rude, improper, or harmful.
In the event of Guitarooze Limited cancelling your enrolment, any unpaid fees are immediately due and if not paid within thirty (30) days of cancellation the account will be handed to our collections team.
Regular Attendance is critical to the success of each student. Please plan to attend all lessons and arrive on time and prepared.
POLICIES FOR MINORS
Communications between Guitarooze Limited tutors and staff with minor students should only be on site, within Guitarooze Limited Lessons systems and directly related to instruction.
Any other communication should be between the adult parent/guardian of any minor student and Guitarooze Limited Tutors and Staff, through Guitarooze Limited operated phones, systems, and proper email addresses.
An adult parent/guardian must accompany any student under 12 years of age upon arrival and departure from every in-store lesson.
